Bellingham’s premier junior development program for riders who ages 10-18. The mission of Radical Rippers is to give youth a fun and safe space to build confidence, strength, and community - on and off the bike. We offer many fun learning opportunities for young mountain bikers, including:

Group Classes and Events
There is some real magic that happens when you get a group of like-minded riders together who share in similar riding goals. We like to think that our group sessions are some of the best you will ever find. Sure, we are biased. However, we also have loads of experience with coaching groups and offer an award-winning, exceptional experience. From small group clinics offered in Bellingham, WA to our larger-scale, weekend-long group training events located all over North America - we have honed a radical approach to fun, safe, progression in a group setting.

Training for MTB Coaches
With thousands of hours of experience coaching mountain bike skills, Coach Angi can help you hone your own teaching and riding skills in a custom private or small group lesson. Together we will deepen your understanding of effective coaching strategies while strengthening your technical riding skills. Getting certified is one step to becoming a good coach but seeking continuing education like this is what makes great coaches.

Here at Radical Roots MTB we strive to make our services and the sport of mountain biking as accessible as possible.
We acknowledge that cost can be a significant barrier to hitting the trails and digging deeper into learning. As such we offer scholarship options.
