In mountain biking, crashes happen, and how you respond to them matters. Do you ever practice safe bails and emergency stopping?
Does the thought of crashing terrify you or hold you back from trying new things?

In this course you will safely learn techniques to help you reduce injury in the event of a crash as well as some very important skills that will help you avoid crashing in the first place like balancing skills, effective braking, bailing (3 different ways), tuck-and-roll, stab and roll, and so more!
