Learn how proper pumping can enhance your speed and flow on the trails with specific lessons in maintaining and generating speed, cornering, and manual front wheel lifts

  • The art of pumping is dynamic, powerful, and fun. If done properly, pumping helps a rider gain momentum without pedaling, which increases flow and efficiency on any bike.

  • Hosted at The Bike Ranch in Bellingham, WA - Aka: Progression Paradise: A covered track that is outdoors but out of the elements. The dirt is always perfect at The Bike Ranch

  • Loaner DJ bikes (Transition PBJ’s) available, just bring your helmet, gloves, knee pads, and a willingness to learn

  • $120 for registered Sturdy Dirty racers -

    • Racers receive priority registration, however if class has room, all are welcome

    • All skill levels and race categories are welcomed, no previous pump experience needed
